Shipping options for US include USPS Standard Premium Package and EMS Package.
We have re-offered shipping with USPS, however, we strongly recommend EMS.
Delivery times do not include customs processing time.
For orders within EU, VAT is added to the price of the order.

Our priority is to have your new case in your hands as fast as possible.
In some cases, considering the repercussions of COVID19 on delivery and supply chains, delays are possible. We have experienced very few delays; however, they still might happen.
If your package is delayed, please contact your local postal service provider or contact us at info@sfftime.com and, if necessary, we can raise a claim with the carrier. (Please note that the inquiry time for the claim with the sending carrier is 60 days).
We ship orders quickly; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is dropped off with the carrier.
